Remarks on the Bank Auction Property

a) The property will be sold in “AS IS WHERE IS & WHAT IS BASIS” condition, including encumbrances if any. (There is no encumbrances to the knowledge of the Bank)
b) The property will not be sold below the Reserve Price.
c) The property can be inspected on 08.02.2013 from 11.30 AM to 03.30 PM.
d) After opening the tenders, the bidders shall be given an opportunity to improve their offer by inter se bidding.
e) Sale shall be confirmed in favour of the highest bidder subject to confirmation of the same by the secured creditor.
f) The successful tenderer shall deposit 25 % of the sale price (inclusive of EMD already paid), immediately on the allotment of Tender in his / her favour and the balance within 15 days from the date of confirmation of sale. If the successful tenderer fails to pay the sale price as stated above, the deposit made by him/her shall be forfeited.
g) All charges for conveyance, stamp duty and registratin as also the dues/ charges payable to the society, BMC, Electric etc. (if any) as applicable shall be borne by the sucessful tenderer only.
h) The Authorised Officer reserves the rights to accept or reject the bid or postpone / cancel or vary the terms and conditions of the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
